I can offer you an Initial Telephone Support Session to help you:

• Prioritise and plan your next steps in terms of getting the appropriate help and support you and your family need.

• Begin to understand, accept and come to terms with what the diagnosis means for you and your family.

• Vent your feelings freely with someone who can empathise with you yet retain the necessary objectivity to help you move forward.

The cost of an hour long Initial Telephone Support Session is £30 and also includes:

• A self-help fact sheet.

• A voucher for half price coaching*

*Book a block of 2 coaching sessions and get a second block of 2 for half-price.  Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of Initial Telephone Support Session.
