Telephone coaching is an effective alternative for people who cannot travel to appointments with a life coach. Contact can take place through a regular telephone sessions from anywhere in the world.

If your life is already busy and stressful, squeezing more appointments into your diary can feel like the last thing you need. Some of my clients prefer face to face contact, but many find that life coaching is just as effective over the phone.

Although I am based in the North West, I have clients from across the country who I coach via e-mail or telephone at home or at work.

If I am coaching you by telephone or e-mail, we will set up a regular appointment, that is convenient for you. It is important that you are relaxed and away from distractions to get the most out of your coaching session.
