This was my first experience of life coaching and it was fantastic. Kathryn was superb to deal with and exercised brilliant tactics in helping me to take some responsibility around my own situation.  I managed, through Kathryn’s skill and patience to find the solutions I had been looking for and had complete faith and confidence in Kathryn to exercise her professional judgement in the dealings we had together. 

This is something a friend cannot do – impartiality was essential as often our friends want us to work to what they think we should be doing. This can sometimes magnify the issue itself as there is the fear of letting them down by making the changes.
